All delivery times below are based on items in stock (98% of orders).
All signature-required deliveries MUST be signed for at the delivery.
The dispatch of goods will take place once funds have been cleared from your account. If any of the goods ordered are not available in stock, we will inform you via e-mail or telephone.
Upon dispatch of your order, we’ll send you an e-mail confirmation for your records. Within this email, there will be a tracking number should you wish to track the progress of your order. If there is any delay from the courier service, we cannot be held accountable.
Some products might be dispatched in two or more packages. In this case, additional charges will not apply. However, additional charges may apply for any orders weighing more than 2KG, in which case the customer will be notified before delivery.
Orders can be cancelled if we receive the cancellation in time. Orders may also be returned within 90 days of delivery. Please see our Returns & Refunds page for more details.
You will be notified at the checkout page if we're unable to ship certain products to the address you have selected. Unfortunately, certain restrictions prevent us from shipping out specific products to some geographical locations. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause and please don't hesitate to contact us for any more information.
Our prescription glasses orders are shipped within 4-8 working days from the date you place your order. Please note more complex prescription orders may take longer, we aim to send it to you as soon as possible upon receipt from the manufacturer.
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will be sent an email. The dispatch confirmation email will include a Royal Mail tracking code which you can use to track the progress of your order.
