Our FREE Returns Guarantee means if, for any reason, you are not happy with the order, we hope to make it right with our free returns label that allows you to send back your items hassle-free, for no additional costs. We are happy to accept returns within 90 days of purchase for a full refund, and an exchange on items purchased a year after the order date. Eligible items are required to be unopened and in good condition.

We offer free returns and a full refund (not including delivery charges) on any product (except sunglasses) within 90 days of purchase. A refund can only be made through the original payment method (PayPal or card) used during purchase. Items are only eligible for a refund if they haven't been opened or used, and if the original tags are still in place.

However, if we’ve made a mistake with your order, then we will happily offer a refund of all costs, which also includes money spent on postage and packaging.

Once accepted, refunds will take 5-7 days to appear in your account.

Our dedicated customer service team are here to help (call on 015143614), for those wishing to cancel an order they have placed. Cancellations are able to be accepted during working hours, provided that the item(s) has not yet been dispatched. Unfortunately, we are not able to amend any orders that have already been dispatched. Refunds for successful cancellations will be issued within 2-3 working days.

We promise to provide an exchange service on items up to a year after the order purchase date. Items sent for exchange must be unopened and in original condition.

Exchanges can be performed for the same product with a different prescription, or for a different product of the same value.

When an exchange is requested for a product of different value, the price difference will be calculated excluding the delivery charge of the original purchase.

Feel Good Contacts send all of our packages via Royal Mail, Fastway or DHL. If your package arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, we are happy to replace your items. If this occurs, we will need a claim form signed by you before we ship your replacement.

Our sunglasses returns policy differs slightly, allowing up to 28 days for you to claim a refund and opt for an exchange.

Claiming a refund for your sunglasses can be done the same as with any products from Feel Good Contacts. Simply include a note with your order, providing the reason for return, then attach the sticky returns label to the package and return in the mail.

Please note: If the sunglasses security tag is removed or the sunglass is not returned in its original condition, we will not be able to provide a refund or exchange.
