12 month product warranty on own brand and designer glasses and sunglasses

All our glasses and sunglasses are covered by a 12-month warranty, from date of original purchase.

The following is covered by our Feel Good Contacts warranty.

Manufacturing defects. Defects in material or workmanship of the product including but not limited to:

• Soldering defects of temple hinges and/or barrels
• Delamination and/or peeling of lens coating
• Bubbles or imperfections in lens coating
• Premature flaking or deterioration of frame coating

The following is not covered by our Feel Good Contacts warranty:

• Normal wear and tear (scratches)
• Loss of eyewear
• Any damages caused by accident, abuse, neglect, shock, improper use or storage of the product
• Damage caused by chemicals (such as perfume, cologne, hair spray, alcohol, etc.)
• Unauthorised modifications or repairs
• Excessive exposure to heat or cold
• Prolonged exposure to water
