Our Price Match Guarantee
We’re delighted to sell our contact lenses up to 50% cheaper than high street opticians and online retailers in Ireland. And, in the unlikely you find the same contact lenses for cheaper elsewhere, our Price Match Guarantee means we’ll match that price and refund you the difference.
Making a Price Match claim is easy - here’s how it works:
- Check that the item is not currently available at a discounted price, and comes from a valid Irish website, with the company’s distribution centre based in Ireland or the UK.
- Make a note of the product details, including the price, prescription and the URL and name of the seller.
- Call our customer service team on 01 514 3614 or email us at cs@feelgoodcontacts.ie and provide us with the details of your claim, as well as your contact number if you email.
- We’ll process your order over the phone and apply the correct discount for your product.
- Your order will then be sent out to you that very same day. (Based on in-stock products).
Already ordered? It’s not too late…
Don’t worry, even if you’ve already ordered from us and haven’t requested a Price Match, you still have 5 working days to make your claim. Just contact our helpful customer service team within this time, and we’ll be able to process your Price Match.
Terms & Conditions
- Your Price Match claim is only eligible if it’s the same product and brand
- The URL source you provide must be from a valid Ireland website, with their distribution centre based in Ireland or the UK
- The price difference only applies when you supply valid evidence, on products that are not discounted
- Feel Good Contacts are responsible for deciding if your claim is valid and for refunding the difference
- Your Price Match discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion and would have to be an in-stock item(s)
- Delivery charges are exempt from the discount
- Any claims made after an order is placed will be refunded via store credit
