How to use Opti-Free contact lens solutions?

Every Opti-Free contact lens solution is accompanied by a handy contact lens case. For use, first fill the empty contact lens case with your chosen Opti-Free solution. Wet each side of your contact lens with solution and gently rub each side for 20 seconds, before rinsing thoroughly again with the solution. Then, simply place the contact lenses inside the case, tightly close it and allow your contact lenses to soak overnight or for a minimum of six hours.
